ASN Management — Advance Shipment Notifications give the receiving team a digital heads-up on what's coming (items, quantities, expected arrival) before the truck actually reaches the gate, instead of receiving being a surprise.

ASN Packaging Hierarchy — each ASN can map the full packaging structure of a shipment, which items sit in which carton and which cartons sit on which pallet, as a parent-child hierarchy, so a partial delivery can be checked against the exact packaging the supplier declared.

QR & Barcode Tracking — QR and barcode tracking gives a shipment full traceability from dispatch through to receipt, so its location and status can be confirmed at any point in transit rather than only at the two endpoints.

Delivery Schedule Management — planned delivery dates are tracked against actual arrival, with alerts when a shipment is running late, so a delay is visible to the receiving and planning teams before it becomes a production or fulfilment problem.

Gatekeeper Module — this manages vehicle authentication and entry at the physical gate, acting as the security and verification layer before any shipment is allowed into the receiving yard.

Vehicle Authentication — driver and vehicle identity are verified at the point of gate entry, confirming that the vehicle arriving actually matches what was expected for that shipment before it proceeds further.

QR / Barcode Gate Scanning — inbound shipments are scanned at the gate using QR or barcode, logging their arrival instantly and linking that scan straight to the corresponding ASN record.

GRN/SRN Management — Goods Receipt Note workflows confirm what was actually received against what was ordered and shipped, forming the record that everything downstream (payment, returns, performance scoring) is built on.

Multi-stage Approvals — receiving transactions can be routed through configurable multi-stage approvals, giving warehouse, quality, and finance teams their own checkpoint before a receipt is finalised.

Rejected / Defective Goods Image Upload — when goods don't meet spec at receipt, photo evidence can be captured and attached directly to the GRN, giving the supplier dispute process concrete visual proof rather than a written description alone.

SRN Workflow — a rejected or defective delivery triggers a Supplier Return Note workflow with its own status tracking and approvals, keeping the return process separate from, and just as governed as, a normal accepted receipt.
